Client success stories

As Corrective Coaches, we take great pride in the transformations our clients have achieved. We have helped individuals successfully return to training after injuries, significantly improve their posture and movement quality, and reduce pain associated with sedentary lifestyles. Many of our clients have regained confidence in their bodies and returned to the sports and daily activities they once found challenging.

Focusing on helping athletes return to performance after injury is especially important to us. We aim to help them restore their movement quality, improve their strength and balance, and enhance their overall body control. As a result, they can return to their sport stronger, more efficiently, and with greater confidence, while significantly reducing the risk of future injuries.

I had a meniscus tear in my knee, and because of the pain, I couldn’t keep doing the running workouts I had enjoyed for years. It was frustrating not being able to do something I loved.

Then I found the Corrective Coach team. They assessed how my body was moving and created a personalized exercise program for me. As we worked through the program, I gradually started feeling stronger and noticed my knee improving.

Now I’m back to my running workouts, and my knee no longer hurts like it used to. Being able to run comfortably again means a lot to me. I’m really thankful to the Corrective Coach team for all their support throughout the process.

I was diagnosed with patellofemoral chondromalacia by my doctor. I had previously worked with another trainer, but I wasn’t sure if the exercises I was doing were really right for my specific needs.

After meeting the Corrective Coach team, they carried out a detailed movement assessment and created a personalized exercise program for me. Over time, my knee pain improved significantly, and now I can go about my daily activities much more comfortably.

About 20 years ago, I suffered an ACL injury and had surgery. However, I never stayed consistent with the recommended exercises afterward, and over the years I started experiencing knee pain and stiffness.

After meeting the Corrective Coach team, they carried out a detailed movement assessment and designed a personalized exercise program for me. Before, I could barely squat to 90 degrees because of the pain. Now, I can comfortably perform a full deep squat without any pain. I hope that by continuing my exercises regularly, I can keep my knee feeling this good.
